Bluebottle Guest House is located on the slopes of Muizenberg Mountain, halfway between Table Mountain and Cape Point. It is the ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A full South African breakfast is included in the room rate and lunch or dinner can also be served on prior arrangement.
All of our rooms feature king-size beds and stunning sea, mountain and lake views. We also offer picnic lunches which you can enjoy on the numerous hikes or beaches in the area. We are located in close proximity to a wide variety of shops and restaurants, and are a five-minute walk to Surfer's Corner at Muizenberg beach.
Muizenberg is a 20-minute drive from the city centre and about 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. There are a number of famous tourist landmarks in the area, such as Cape Point Nature Reserve, the penguins at Boulders Beach, and the historic Naval Base in Simons Town. All major highways and main roads are easily accessible from Muizenberg. In addition, there are car hire companies in the area as well as a railway station within walking distance from the guest house.

Bluebottle Guest House in Muizenberg Reviewed by Anja Neubig, Germany on . Amazing stayWe enjoyed our stay at Bluebottle Guest House very much. We had a room with sea view and missed nothing there. Coffee, tea and a honesty bar with beer, soft drinks, wine and Chips was available. Taryn and Andrew are excellent host who prepared a delicious breakfast with ham, eggs, fresh fruit salad, muesli, toast, jam, etc. every morning for us. The 130 steps are a good exercise and comparable to a flat on the 4th floor.
