Description
Sunbird Cottage is a 45m2 studio apartment set in a leafy, tranquil garden where the only sounds you will hear will be that of the many beautiful birds to be found there. Sunbird is situated in a gated security estate in the beautiful Noordhoek valley.

There is off-street parking and a separate entrance to the cottage. The cottage has a queen-sized bed and dressing table with a hairdryer, as well as bedroom cupboards with plenty of space and hangers. The kitchen has full size fridge/freezer, microwave and glass-top stove, kettle and toaster. There is a breakfast nook with two stools and a 32-inch flat screen TV complete with DStv. Wi-Fi is also available at no cost. There is a lovely comfortable couch and coffee table, a heater and a fan. The bathroom is a lovely size complete with large shower, toilet, hand basin and a large corner jet-spa bath.

All bedding and towels will be changed every fourth day, with ironing facilities provided.

Lovely garden views all round. There are several garden areas that can be used with seating, where you can enjoy meals or simply soaking up the sun and the peaceful atmosphere. There is a large fully enclosed swimming pool and braai facilities on request. Swimming towels available on request.

There are many restaurants available within a three minute drive of the cottage. The Noordhoek Farm Village has a pub and sports bar, a fabulous sushi restaurant, a wonderful deli restaurant for breakfasts, lunches as well as tapas at night and a fine dining restaurant.

Five minutes away you will find the famous Chapmans Peak drive, which takes you on a fantastic scenic drive to Hout Bay. Otherwise, it is well situated on Ou Kaapse Weg, minutes from the M3 motorway approximately 30 minutes to Cape Town and similar to Cape Town International.

The beautiful Noordhoek beach is less than 5 minutes away, where you can also enjoy horse riding on the beach. Fish Hoek beach is approximately 10 minutes away and Simons Town is approximately 15 minutes away. Here you will find the famous Boulders Beach where you can see the penguins.

The V & A Waterfront is approximately 35 minutes away. We also have a Health & Beauty Salon on the premises, offering reflexology, massage, facials, pedicures, manicures, waxing and bio sculpture gel.
