Description
Nhlambanyathi Lodge is located within a tranquil environment in Sodwana Bay that will capture your heart. At Nhlambanyathi Lodge we feel that it is important that guests experience the serenity and peace of Sodwana in the same way we experience it. Guests will feel as if the are in the bush, yet still close to the sea.

Accommodation is offered in log cabins, with bedding provided. The communal kitchen is fully equipped with braai and freezing facilities, while the clean ablution blocks consist of showers, basins and toilets. We can offer catering by prior arrangement and for fishermen we can supply a boat pack to take with on the boat. Dinners are served in the camp.

If you enjoy scuba diving, we work with highly professional dive charters to ensure our clients get the best dives possible. Lake Sibaya is the largest freshwater lake in South Africa and there are 18 species of fish that have been recorded in the lake, five of which have marine origins. There are also a large number of crocodiles and hippos. Thembe Elephant Park has more than 200 indigenous elephants and day and night game drives and guided walks are available in the unspoilt Big 5 reserve.

Nhlambanyathi Lodge in Sodwana Bay Reviewed by Didier Bartholome, South Africa on . Stay at the lodge it self was good, little far from sodwana shops etc.<br />
Nhlambanyathi Lodge in Sodwana Bay Reviewed by Sabine Woeber, South Africa on . Pleasant and quiet! A beautiful, clean and quiet place that I can highly recommend. The absence of mosquitos is worth the 4km drive on the sand road which was not a problem with a small rental car. Mari and Erich are really friendly and helpful. Thank you, I will come back!
