Description
DolphinView Beach House is a stylish, well-maintained self-catering holiday home, centrally situated in Pennington on KwaZulu-Natal’s South Coast. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where one can enjoy surfing, fishing, snorkelling, swimming in the sea, and exploring the beautiful rock pools. The house is also within two minutes’ drive to the local shopping centre, restaurants and laundromat.

This comfortable, modern beach house, sleeping a total of eight guests, will make you feel right at home. It consists of three bedrooms downstairs, a loft room upstairs, a kitchen, and a dining room. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains twin single beds. The loft upstairs features twin single beds and a double sleeper couch, and the house includes a cot for babies. All of the bedrooms also contain a ceiling fan for guests' comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer, microwave and stove with oven. A dishwasher is also available. The open-plan dining room contains an eight-seater dining table and leads onto a stylish lounge with an LCD TV. The upstairs loft also contains three couches and a coffee table, and leads out onto a very large covered verandah with a barbecue area overlooking the garden, with lovely sea views. A double automated garage, as well as parking spaces for an additional three cars are available, and there is also an outside shower leading on from the garage.

Activities and places of interest in the surrounding area include deep-sea fishing, surfing, snorkelling and swimming, shark cage diving in Rocky Bay, bird watching, four well-known golf courses, spas at Selbourne and Scottburgh, plenty of local restaurants, and the exciting Oribi Gorge.
