The Flying Penguin offers luxury self-catering and B&B accommodation and is perfectly situated within 2 km of the world famous Boulder's Beach and its African penguin colony. With uninterrupted sea views, guests can enjoy the vista from Cape Hanglip lighthouse all the way to Clovelly, across magnificent False Bay.

The Flying Penguin only ever accepts a maximum of six guests, inclusive of children, at any one time, thereby offering personalised service and a convivial yet peaceful atmosphere.

Accommodation is offered in a penthouse which sleeps four, or suites which sleep two. All accommodation boasts impressive sea views from every room.

The Flying Penguin in Murdoch Valley Reviewed by blanche carstens, South Africa on . Fantastic stay at the The Flying Penguin We booked the Penthouse for a Girls Weekend Away. Our stay at The Flying Penguin was absolutely lovely. The owners of The Flying Penguin were so friendly and helpful which made our stay even more special. The Penthouse is beautifully decorated displaying a combination of rustic, vintage and chic! The decor, spaciousness coupled with a view that completely took our breath away made it the perfect place for a relaxing beak. The view from most parts of the house is just priceless! The penthouse had everything we needed from FREE wifi, to bedding and towels as well as all the cooking utensils to cook or just have the good old braai. There are also several restaurants close by and most of them offer a delivery service for your convenience. There is a Spa within walking distance from the The Flying Penguin - The Whale View Manor, which I would also high recommend. The Flying Penguin is 5 minute walk from a beautiful secluded beach, We loved that everything is so easily accessible from the house. We will definitely be back again soon!
