Description
Shemula Lodge is situated in the tranquility of the Maputaland bush. The lodge offers accommodation in small Chalets, Rondavels and Campsites. The lodge is isolated, yet it offers modern comforts and a relaxing environment.

Each Chalet has an en-suite bathroom, electricity and fresh drinking water. The Rondavels and Campsites share a large ablution block with warm water showers. Breakfast and a light lunch are available on request. There is a bar facility and conference room on request. Guests can enjoy relaxing by the swimming pool near the Campsites.

The location of the lodge offers plenty of activities; Tembe Elephant Park is home to the last of the free-ranging elephants and is only 15 km away. The Ndumo Game Reserve is only 17 km away and it offers a large number of birds.

Shemula Lodge in Ingwavuma Reviewed by Anita Joppe, Netherlands on . Very good location We stayed 4 nights at Shemula Logde. It's not very luxurious accommodation but everything we needed was there. A good bed, a good shower, a kitchen. It was very quiet but the place is excellent because of its location. We visited Ndumo NP (17km), the next day Tembe NP (only a few km away) and a day at the beach in Sodwana Bay. And we could have visited Kosi Bay as well. There is a Superspar nearby.
