Friendly and attentive hosts welcome you to 326 @ Pringle Guesthouse - your luxurious stay in the beautiful Cape. A spacious and modern beach house, it invites guests to relax in the calm and inviting interiors where the elegant ambiance offers a haven of peace and tranquility.
With only two guest rooms and a maximum of four guests, we offer a high level of privacy. Each of the beautiful and luxurious non-smoking bedrooms has doors leading to the swimming pool. They have sumptuous beds, fine cotton linen, towels, hairdryers, safes, tea and coffee-making facilities, fans, large flat screen TVs and DVD players, and underfloor heating. The White Sand Room includes a large walk-in shower with Hansgrohe rain shower heads and a separate outdoor hot water shower. The Blue Sea Room has a large bath with a Hansgrohe rain shower head over the bath.
Set within a stunning indigenous fynbos garden with a saltwater swimming pool, guests will be spoilt. Delicious breakfast feasts and sundowners can be served on the deck with views of the ocean and guests can relax at the heated azure blue swimming pool. We are minutes from a sandy beach, good restaurants, shops and galleries.

Luxury breakVery luxurious accommodation with everything on hand for trips to the beach, days out etc. We booked both rooms so had the place to ourselves, really enjoyed the pool, the comfy beds and of course the fantastic breakfasts on the stoop with views of the hills and the sea. Gladys and Keith are the perfect hosts!

Fantastic stay, warm hosts, five minutes to beach and restaurantsMy boyfriend and I had a wonderful with Gladys and Keith, they were warm helpful and friendly hosts, the room was larger than it looks in the photos and very comfortable, the poolside area was lovely when the wind was a bit strong for the beach, and the house is also a 3-5 minute walk from the shops or to the beach. All in all I'd highly recommend staying here.
