Lemon Tree is a comfortable self-catering unit, situated in a quiet and upmarket residential area of Malmesbury. It has easy access to all major routes to and from the town centre.

The unit consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and rusts included and an open-plan living area. There is a double-sleeper couch and a single bed in the lounge area with a fireplace.

Malmesbury lies in the heart of the Swartland Wine Route, in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains and wheat fields. In winter, yellow blazes of canola and indigenous wild flowers are in full bloom.

Malmesbury might have a rural setting, but the town has a vibrant community that plays host to the annual Swartland Food and Wine Festival during winter. Malmesbury is a mere 30 minute drive from the coastal towns of the Cape West Coast and an hour from Stellenbosch, Paarl and Wellington.

I did appreciate the smaller touches, fresh flowers, good coffee and rusks and bathroom filled with toiletries to spoil you with. Plenty of towels, warm bedding. It really exceeds my expectations of a self-stay accommodation and wants to thank the hosts.
