Siya Holiday Apartment is a comfortable self-catering unit situated in South Beach. The apartment block is called Marlborough Court which is situated exactly four blocks south of the Garden Court South beach.

Getting to Ushaka Marine World from South Beach is as simple as a drive along OR Tambo Parade and across South Beach Avenue.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with one sleeper couch and two single beds. Guests please need to bring their own towels and toiletries.

The city's harbour is one of very few natural harbours between Port Elizabeth and Maputo. South Beach lies close to Durban's trendy Point area, now a revived development of waterways and upmarket shops. Point Yacht Club still hosts a number of races and regattas throughout the year from the sea side. The beach is wonderful for swimming, being partial to swells and less stormy weather during summer.

We regret, no smoking in the rooms, clients who transgress will lose their deposit.

Siya Holiday Apartment in South Beach Reviewed by Allen James Naidoo, South Africa on . We had an excellent experience at the Marlborough. My only concern is as guest we had no parking. This placed us at a great risk as when we returrned from supper at nights at times a bit late we had to park at nearby hotels at an extra cost if parking available and walk back to the apartment .

I can recommend Siya Apartment to anybody who wishes to spend the holidays on a home away from home, we had a good time, the place was clean, the linen was clean, we really had a good time and we won't mind to call again when we wish to visit Durban again,
