Description
Nestled on the peaceful peninsula of Ponta da Linga Linga, flanked by the seashore on one perimeter and tranquil Inhambane Bay on the other, Linga Linga Lodge offers a one of a kind holiday destination. The peninsula coastline is sprinkled with our beautiful four- and six-bed brick and log cabins, with large windows peeping through the indigenous thatched roofs, all with ocean or lagoon views so close that you'll actually feel the sea mist.

Our cabins are fully equipped and styled for self-catering. The tiled bathrooms contain showers and baths and the cabins contain ceiling fans to take the edge off the Mozambican summer nights. Comfortable bedding and mosquito canopies are also provided. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a deep freeze, stove and oven and all cooking utensils. If you’re not in the mood for self-catering, there is a restaurant on-site and guests can relax around the swimming pool and doze the day away.

Linga Leisure offers plenty of activities for adventurers, including deep-sea fishing, lagoon fishing, fly-fishing, snorkelling, and dhow trips. For the more relaxed, romantics and nature-lovers, we offer sundowner cruises on Lake Inhambane, picnics on Pansy Island, mangrove bird-watching cruises, tours of the peninsula and local villages, and flamingo and other bird-watching.

Linga Linga Lodge in Linga Linga Reviewed by mahlatse kgatle, South Africa on . Poor The service was great , the beaches were absolutely lovely but the roads was a nightmare. The rooms were below standard and the shower water was brown and dirty. The fan was not sufficient with regards to the heat. But the view and beaches did make up for the terrible rooms.
