Die Sandsteen is a comfortable and quiet guest house, situated in Senekal. We offer five beautiful bedrooms and five bathrooms of which four are en-suite. There is a lovely braai area as well as a charming garden for peace and tranquillity.
Senekal is situated on the N5 and lies amidst the panoramic splendour of the Eastern Free State, on the main route between Bloemfontein and Durban. The magnificent Dutch Reformed Mother Church rests in the middle of the town and is surrounded by fascinating prehistoric tree trunks which were discovered in the area. Senekal with its enviable climate, clean and fresh air, atmospheric scenery and star-studded nights is an agricultural community and rich in history.
Senekal is a town situated on the banks of the Klipspruit River in the eastern part of the Free State province of South Africa. Farming from and around Senekal also plays a vital role in the economy of the province and country at large. |
