Description
Shumba Manor is located between Hankey and Patensie on a working game farm called Shumba Safari. The beautiful surroundings allow for a relaxed escape from your home town.

The Thatched Cottage overlooks the spectacular Gamtoos Valley and is ideal for a couple or a family with two children. The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper couch for the children. It is well equipped with a ceiling fan, a built-in safe, a hairdryer and a hospitality tray. The cottage also has a TV, and there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a braai.

There are two budget rooms that are not self-catering. One bedroom has twin beds and a TV and the second room has three single beds and no TV. They make use of a shared bathroom with a shower.

The property boasts excellent game viewing and birding opportunities. It is perfect for those that love nature. The days are perfect for some hiking and in the evenings guests should take time to look at the stars above. Addo Elephant Park and Bavaanskloof Mega Reserve are nearby.
