Description
Moon Gazing Cabin is a rustic, electricity-free cottage in Mount Bain Private Nature Reserve.

The self-catering cabin has two bedrooms, a living room with a huge indoor fireplace that can be used for cooking as well as a huge stoep that is well protected from the elements. Guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels.

This secluded mountain hideaway overlooks two rivers, a tranquil retreat set among fynbos and endemic bird life. It is an ideal getaway all year round.

Beautiful views and nice ambiance for evenings at a huge fireplace inside! Also conveniently close to lovely towns, winefarms etc. Thought the wind would blow us away!

Just being so close to nature made us wanted to stay like forever! The crockery in the kitchen and the big ol' fireplace, almost brought tears to my eyes 'cause it took me way back to my childhood days in grandma's kitchen. I truly felt at home. The kids enjoyed the freedom of exploring the river and the mountain, insects, animals, waterfall, it was simply awesome! Thanks for adding to my family's memorable moments.
