Ok We spent one night at Bayview, and on a whole we were happy, although I did find it noisy, music from restaurant continued till 10pm and lots of noise in hallway which was rather loud in our room. The room itself was reasonably clean, although starting to show some wear and tear in carpet and bathroom. I would recommend it if you're not too fussy about an older establishment.
