Beach House on Fairway is a crisp and spacious beach house, tranquilly decorated with relaxed pool and entertainment areas to give both young and old the sense of being on a tropical island.

Inside the house the large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are three dining areas and three braai areas, not forgetting the upstairs entertainment area overlooking the pool and lagoon. The entertainment area includes an in- and outdoor braai pit, pool table, large bar, darts, flat-screen TV and large wooden deck with outdoor sofas and spectacular views.

Downstairs there are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rooms enjoy peaceful sounds of flowing water, views of the pool, and are each equipped with TV, DVD and DStv.

A relaxed downstairs open-plan TV room, dining room and a sunroom open out onto the pool area via French doors. Where there is an under-roof braai pit, an eight seater dining table, hanging chairs and outdoor pool futons to soak in the surrounding nature. A large jungle gym and trampoline will keep the young ones entertained and add to an overall relaxed family experience.
