This delightful first-floor apartment is spacious and airy, offering comfortable accommodation for a family or group of six guests. Overlooking the complex gardens, jungle gym and swimming pool, makes this apartment particularly ideal for parents to keep an eye on their playing children. The unit is also close to the complex clubhouse and communal braai area for the more social holidaymakers.
The Apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms of which one is en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a spacious living area with a sleeper couch and selected DStv channels. The lounge area and main bedroom have sliding doors opening onto a large entertainment patio with a built-in braai. All linen is provided but please bring your own towels. The unit is not serviced unless by arrangement. There is one lock-up garage available for the unit.
The secure complex is located in a leafy suburban setting in Uvongo, just three blocks away from the sea and a short stroll from the beach with its lagoon. The bustling village centre, less than 1 km away, offers a wide selection of dining venues, pubs and shops. |
