Fringing the Karongwe Game Reserve, Shiduli Private Game Lodge embodies grace and elegance, yet exudes unsurpassed warmth and hospitality. Guests can step into the relaxed ambience of the lodge with its lush indigenous garden dappled in shade, lounges with internet facilities, bar, huge sparkling pool and thatched dining areas punctuated with original South African Art.

The three main lounges are stylishly decorated in leathers, silks and stone, and provide the perfect environment in which to relax and enjoy the bush. The lovely soft leather chairs reflect the warm colonial style throughout the lodge. Enjoy the warm energy of Shiduli in the outside lounge with a view of the watering hole whilst playing a game of chess, or retreat with a book from the comprehensive library in the warm atmosphere of the drawing room. The gentleman’s lounge, with its masculine décor, has a large TV at the bar, dual facing fireplace, richly woven Persian carpets and soft leather couches to enjoy a drink or unwind after an exhilarating game drive.

Delicious breakfasts and lunches, featuring fresh Pan African flavours, are served in the main building or on the deck. Dinner is a sumptuous candlelit affair in various enchanting settings in the lodge. The cuisine at Shiduli is a celebration of senses – a feast of innovative flavours overseen by award winning Head Chef Minette. Boma dinners under the African sky are often ended by traditional dancing – a tribute from the staff to guest. Staff at Shiduli is dedicated to ensuring an unsurpassed experience for our guests and by prior arrangement, we can prepare a romantic dinner just for two, or a surprise breakfast in the middle of the bush.

Please be advised that the gate entry fees are not included in the rates. Gate entry is now R45.00 per person per stay on entering the Kruger National Park.

Not near what you would expec They list spa as one of there activities on their actual website yet no formal spa facilities.<div>Was listed under romantic yet dinner is served on a big table consisting of all the lodge guests. </div><div>The actual buildings needs maintenance</div><div>The turndown services takes place between 4 and 7 yet at night the provided hot water bottles cold</div><div>The only positive thing was the freindly staff.</div><div>Definitely not what we excepted nor paid for</div><div><br /></div>
