Description
Lapeng Ma-Mosa is situated in the rugged country side and offers a luxurious retreat for those seeking a more secluded retreat. The accommodation is provided in three self-catering units in a small village.

The two chalets have beautifully decorated, well ventilated and insulated rooms. Natural materials such as grass, sand stone, slate and wooden tiles are used in the interior. Enjoy breathtaking tranquil views of the countryside and the tips of the Maluti Mountains.

The cottage has comfortable well insulated rooms with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding valley, villages and the beginning of the Maloti Mountain Range.

The units have no electricity but gas facilities are provided. Each unit is fully equipped for self-catering with cutlery and crockery provided for preparing meals.

Lapeng Ma-mosa in Masite Nek Reviewed by Roland Grosche, South Africa on . Amazing place Very cozy place in a small African village. Felt completely safe the entire time. Very friendly welcome. The conditions of the hut seem to be deteriorating slightly and need some maintenance. No hot water available in our hut so we had to shower in the hut next door. Additionally we had to improvise as the place was insufficiently stocked with cutlery. Be aware that the village has no electricity and light is provided by solar lamps which in our cases wasn't charged. However the experience of sleeping in a rural African village was amazing and out-ways all the minor issues.
