Description
Luderitz Self-catering Accommodation is a fully furnished self-catering holiday home with a garden courtyard, which is situated on a large property with various spaciously situated houses and apartments. Furthermore, there is an electric gate at the main entrance and a security guard on the property.

The house consists of two double rooms, a dining room, a living area including full DStv, a fully equipped kitchen, one shared bathroom, a sheltered patio passage, a garden courtyard with braai/barbecue facilities and an open garage.

The town of Luderitz is known for its colonial architecture, including some Art Nouveau work. View the wildlife of Luderitz which includes seals, penguins, flamingos and ostriches. The harbour has a very shallow rock bottom, making it unusable for modern ships. The town kept its sleepy, old-world atmosphere and the weather is cool and often foggy along the Atlantic coast. Sailing and boating activities on the lagoon are popular, as well as scenic walks and drives where you may see wild desert horses and dramatic landscapes.

Nearby, in the Forbidden Zone/Sperrgebiet of Namibia, lies the abandoned ghost town of Kolmanskop, which is almost covered in Namib Desert sand and a reminder of the past.
