Lagoon Chalets and Caravan Park offers self-catering accommodation and camping in Meersig, Walvis Bay. Only 500m away from a beautiful lagoon, in a quiet secluded area, you’ll find our well-positioned self-contained complex of holiday chalets.

Guests have a choice of one- or two-bedroom chalets, double storey chalets and smaller units. Each chalet and unit is equipped for self-catering and includes basic cooking and eating utensils. The chalets offer DStv hotel bouquet and braai facilities.

Backpacker rooms are upstairs and have a communal braai area downstairs (and only if available).

The campsite offers well-maintained shared ablution facilities with hot and cold water. Each site has an electricity point and a braai facility.

We also offer a coffee shop / restaurant, a play park to entertain your children, secure parking and the premises is protected by an electrified fence, armed response and a security guard.

Lagoon Chalets and Caravan Park is located close to the local sports clubs and facilities which offers bowls, tennis, soft ball and squash. School grounds, golf course and water sports are close by, and for fisherman, one of the prime fishing spots is a mere 15 km drive away.

Laundrette: coin-operated dryer and washer on site.

Dormitory: can accommodate max 25 persons. Beds, bedding supplied with shared ablution facility. Either all boys or all girls in hall. Catering can also be arranged for groups. Enquire for pricing.
