Description
Welvanpas Guest House is situated on a lovely farm within a 14 km drive of Middelburg. Guests are offered a choice of staying in one of six en-suite rooms, two Self-catering Units or in one of the Caravan and Camping Sites.

The Double Rooms are each furnished with a double bed. The Triple Room has one double bed and one single bed and the Family Rooms each offer a double bed and two single beds. These 5 rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The twin room has two single beds. It is not en-suite but has its own private bathroom with bath tub and shower. Some of the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and heaters. TV can be watched in the communal lounge.

The Self-catering Units are furnished with 4 single beds each and share bathroom facilities with the campsite.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small two plate stove, fridge and microwave.
Each Caravan and Camping Site is equipped with electricity and braai facilities are available. The sites share ablution facilities with the Self-catering Units.

Guests can cool down and relax around the pool or go on day hikes on the farm; perfect for nature lovers or birders. For those looking to do some more exploring, one can take a drive to Middelburg which offers an abundance of exciting activities as well as unique cultural experiences. Stop at the Botshabelo Historical Village and craft markets or the traditional Ndebele Village. Enjoy game drives in the game reserves, hiking or a round of golf on the golf course.

Sterile and Impersonal We really felt that Rita was doing us a favour.<div>As with the Karoo at this time of the year it get chilly in the evening, but there had been no attempt to light the fire in the lounge/dining room until I asked and that was about half an hour before dinner. During the night the plug connected to the electric heater and kettle went off, so no heater in the morning.</div><div>Dinner was left to us to serve ourselves from the hot trolley, whereupon Rita left and Bianca served our dessert. I cannot believe still another B&amp;B/GH that cannot serve real coffee!</div><div>No thank you not again. We have stayed and other Karoo GH and usually had great service and food.</div>
